LA to NZ murder and mayhem
Guest review by Julie Hilton

A detective in Los Angeles suspects his partner of all sorts of bad behavior but he’s in for a huge surprise when he’s the one who gets suspended. His attorney suggests he get away, even out of the country, for awhile. He had heard his partner mention New Zealand on the phone so that’s where he goes, with the help of his attorney who gets some extra pay from the department that suspended him. Turns out there’s are all sorts of things going on in NZ connected to LA and he’s deputized there to help out thru a series of events including a girl, a harasser, a murder and more!

I loved the characters, the development of course in the mystery, the surprises, the bad guys getting caught… Or worse. And the ending. It turned out great.

Content watch outs included murder, gun smuggling, kidnapping, dirty cops, and one scary tattoo. No language or sex.
