The 8 books in the Artemis Fowl series are PACKED with hilarious, magical fun that will leave you laughing, smiling, cheering, and begging for more!

Artemis Fowl is a teenage genius.

The high-tech and magical fairy world is hidden–and they don’t want to be found.

Nothing can hide from Artemis and his brilliance though, and when the fairies and their world are dragged into Artemis’s schemes, the fun that grips you in book 1 doesn’t let you go until you turn the last page of book 8!

The characters are tremendous. The core cast are wonderfully well written and layered with personality and room to grow. The supporting characters that pop in and out were always a welcome and happy surprise.

All 8 of the stories are exciting and compelling! While there is a story arc that connects them together, each is written as a separate adventure that can be read on it’s own without feeling lost.

Creativity in stories gets high marks for me, and the imagination of the fairy world is brilliant! The fairy tech is awesome, and I loved the variety of fairy “families” and all their unique characteristics. Elves, dwarves, trolls, centaurs, demons, pixies, and more. They’re all represented and they all have something fun to contribute to this world. Always remember: if a dwarf opens his bum flap in your direction–run!

But the thing that kept me coming back book after book for nearly 4000 pages? The humor! These books are FUNNY! Like, laugh out loud in public funny! I definitely got some odd looks when I was reading them!

The audio books are brilliant too.

No content issues. Great for all ages as a family read-aloud or best for 12 and up as a solo read.
