Based on all the articles, ads, and give-aways, Tor really wants me to read P. Djeli Clark, so I figured I’d start with this 45-page short story as in introduction.

Good short stories always impress me. To be able to build a world, introduce characters, AND tell a story in just a few pages seems like something writers do just to prove they can.

There was a lot of story in these 45 pages! It’s a well written, steampunk fantasy that introduces a larger world and several more books.

It covers its bases with the alt lifestyle crowd, too.

No language, but there is a naked Djinn, complete with descriptions. I suspect that will attract some, detract others! LOL!

18 and up.
