Mr. Dickens and His Carol is a worthy tribute to the Christmas Classic.
It’s a very well written and period-accurate bit of fan-fiction about the origin of A Christmas Carol. It’s magical, clever, and full of Dickensian easter eggs that will bring knowing smiles and satisfied sighs. Plus the ending surprised me, and I love it when that happens.
My only wish? That it were true!
No questionable content, but I doubt it would hold the attention of the average teenager. Fans of Charles Dickens? This one’s for you.

I did read two Christmas stories this year which was a first for me. I don’t usually read Christmas books but I’m glad I did. I want to make it a tradition now!
