The Last Colony (Old Man’s War, #3) by John Scalzi

A great series…

The Last Colony was a good ending to a great series. I enjoyed the “realistic” science fiction–meaning if humanity really could travel to distant stars and interacted with the hundreds of alien species we found there, this is probably what it would be like. Scalzi still has a potty mouth, and that’s a big turn off for me. Any other books of his I buy will only be after many glowing reviews and some serious investigation…I want to know what I’m getting into.
